Returns Policy
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we follow all UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015).

As an online store, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

 

Change of mind returns

 

If you change your mind, you can return your bike within 14 days of delivery.
 

To qualify for a refund:

​

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • You are responsible for the return postage cost

 

Once we receive the item back and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for this to appear.

As we are closing down the business, we are unable to offer exchanges.

 

Faulty or damaged items

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will offer either a refund or a replacement, in accordance with UK consumer law.

 

Please provide:

​

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the fault

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

 

We will cover return or replacement postage costs for faulty items.

 

How to start a return

 

To request a return, please email us at info@mwvbikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with the return instructions and address.

 

Closing down notice

​

As we are in the process of closing the business:

​

  • We are unable to accept returns after the standard legal period

  • We cannot offer exchanges or store credit

  • Refunds will be processed promptly, but only in accordance with the regulations above.
